【摘要】:Thisdocumentappliestoroadsurfacetreatmentmachines,whichareinparticular:sprayers;aggregatespreaders;machinesforsurfacerepairs(spotmixpatchingunits);masticsasphaltmixers;hotasphaltcontainers;coldasphaltlaying/micro-asphalt-pavingmachines;(seealsoClause3).Roadsurfacetreatmentmachinescanbemountedonacarriervehicle,trailerorarticulatedtruck,combiningtoformanintegralunit.Itisalsopossibletomountaroadsurfacetreatmentmachineonitsownchassisconstructionandpropulsionsystem(self-propelledorpedestrian-controlled).Inallcasesthemachineandchassisformanintegralunit.Directivesandstandardsforthevehiculartruckchassisaspects,termed'carriervehicle'inthisdocument,wouldbethoserelativetothatequipment,evenwherespecificmodificationshavebeenmadetorealizetheroadsurfacetreatmentapplication.Theuseinpublicroadtrafficisgovernedbythenationalregulations.Thisdocumentdealswithallsignificanthazardsidentifiedthroughariskassessmentrelevanttoroadsurfacetreatmentmachineswhentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeClause4).Thisdocumentdoesnotdealwithsignificanthazardsassociatedwithpressurizedtanks,noiseandEMC.Thisdocumentspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreducerisksarisingfromthesignificanthazardsassociatedwithmachineoperation,settingandadjustments,loaddischargeandroutinemaintenance.Thisdocumentdoesnotincluderequirementsforthecarriervehiclesorspecialconstructions.Thesearecoveredindirectivesrelatedtotheconstructionofvehicles.Demountablebodyworksystems(e.g.demountablecontainers)arespecifiedinotherstandards.Thisdocumentdoesnotdealwiththerisksassociatedwiththeoperationofthemachinesinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospheres.ThisdocumentappliestomachineswhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofapprovalofthisstandardbyCEN.
