【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodforthedeterminationoftheinhibitionofgrowthoftheunicellularmarinealgaeSkeletonemacostatumandPhaeodactylumtricornutumbysubstancesandmixturescontainedinseawater.Themethodcanbeusedfortestingsubstancesthatarereadilysolubleinwaterandarenotsignificantlydegradedoreliminatedinanyotherwayfromthetestmedium.NOTEWithmodifications,asdescribedinISO14442andISO5667-16,theinhibitoryeffectsofpoorlysolubleorganicandinorganicmaterials,volatilecompounds,metalcompounds,effluents,marinewatersamplesandelutriatesofsedimentscanbetested.
