【摘要】:ThispartofISO23275specifiesaprocedureforthedetectionofcocoabutterequivalents(CBEs)incocoabutter(CB)andplainchocolatebyhigh-resolutioncapillarygasliquidchromatography(HR-GC)oftriacylglycerolsandsubsequentdataevaluationbyregressionanalysis.Themethodisapplicableforthedetectionof2%CBEadmixturetococoabutter,correspondingtoabout0,6%CBEinchocolate(i.e.theassumedfatcontentofchocolateis30%).
