【摘要】:Thistestmethodisdesignedtoproducebearing/bypassinteractionresponsedataforresearchanddevelopment,andforstructuraldesignandanalysis.Thestandardconfigurationforeachprocedureisveryspecificandisintendedasabaselineconfigurationfordevelopingstructuraldesigndata.ProcedureA,thebypass/highbearingdouble-shearconfigurationisrecommendedfordevelopingdataforspecificapplicationswhichinvolvedoubleshearjoints.ProcedureB,thebypass/highbearingsingle-shearconfigurationismoreusefulintheevaluationoftypicaljointconfigurations.Thespecimenmaybetestedineitheranunstabilized(nosupportfixture)orstabilizedconfiguration.Theunstabilizedconfigurationisintendedfortensileloadingandthestabilizedconfigurationisintendedforcompressiveloading.Theseconfigurations,particularlythestabilizedconfiguration,havebeenextensivelyusedinthedevelopmentofdesignallowablesdata.Thevariantsofeitherprocedureprovideflexibilityintheconductofthetest,allowingadaptationofthetestsetuptoaspecificapplication.However,theflexibilityoftestparametersallowedbythevariantsmakesmeaningfulcomparisonbetweendatasetsdifficultifthedatasetswerenottestedusingidenticaltestparameters.ProcedureC,thebypass/lowbearingdouble-shearhardpointconfigurationisrecommendedfordeterminingtheeffectoflowbearingstresslevelsonbypassstrength.Whileasimilarsingle-shearconfigurationcouldbetested,thereisinsufficientexperiencewithasingle-shearconfigurationtorecommenditsuseatthistime.Generalfactorsthatinfluencethemechanicalresponseofcompositelaminatesandshouldthereforebereportedincludethefollowing:material,methodsofmaterialpreparationandlay-up,specimenstackingsequence,specimenpreparation,specimenconditioning,environmentoftesting,specimenalignmentandgripping,speedoftesting,timeheldattesttemperature,voidcontent,andvolumepercentreinforcement.Specificfactorsthatinfluencethebearing/bypassinteractionresponseofcompositelaminatesandshouldthereforebereportedincludenotonlytheloadingmethod(eitherProcedureAorB)andloadingtype(tensionorcompression)butthefollowing(forbothprocedures):edgedistanceratio,widthtodiameterratio,diametertothicknessratio,fastenertorque,fastenerorpinmaterial,fastenerorpinclearance;and(forProcedureBonly)countersinkangleanddepthofcountersink,typeofgrommet(ifused),typeofmatingmaterial,andtypeofsupportfixture(ifused).Properties,inthetestdirection,whichmaybeobtainedfromthistestmethodincludethefollowing:Filledholetensilebearing/bypassstrength.Filledholecompressivebearing/bypassstrength.Bearingstress/bypassstraincurve.1.1Thistestmethoddeterminestheuniaxialbearing/bypassinteractionresponseofmulti-directionalpolymermatrixcompositelaminatesreinforcedbyhigh-modulusfibersbyeitherdouble-sheartensileloading(ProceduresAandC)orsingle-sheartensileorcompressiveloading(ProcedureB)ofatwo-fastenerspecimen.Thescopeofthistestmethodislimitedtonetsection(bypass)failuremodes.Standardspecimenconfigurationsusingfixedvaluesoftestparametersaredescribedforeachprocedure.Anumberoftestparametersmaybevariedwithinthescopeofthestandard,providedthattheparametersarefullydocumentedinthetestreport.Thecompositematerialformsarelimitedtocontinuous-fiberordiscontinuous-fiber(tapeorfabric,orboth)reinforcedcompositesforwhichthelaminateisbalancedandsymmetricwithrespecttothetestdirection.Therangeofacceptabletest......
